COVID-19 TESTING

Instructions to assist with drive-thru operations:

  • Minors must have accompanying parent or legal guardian present.

  • Please complete COVID registration forms prior to entering testing line. (One form per person)

  • Bring photo ID and insurance card readily available.

    • Photo Identification is mandatory for all adults

  • Please remain in the vehicle at all times with windows up until advised otherwise.  Any moped or motorcyclists must have a face-covering or mask.

  • Testing typically results within 72 hours.  Instructions to access Clinical Laboratories patient portal(s) for records are provided at testing.

  • Test processing is conducted by Clinical Laboratories of Hawai’i and may be subject to a copayment.  Should anyone have questions pertaining to billing for Clinical Laboratories, they should contact them directly.

Dr. Wynette Amazona MD Family Medicine

 

Dr. Wynette Amazona received her medical degree from the University of Hawai’i John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, where she completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency. Dr. Amazona also completed a family medicine residency at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Midland, Mich. After graduating, she worked as a hospital medicine physician. In family medicine, Dr. Amazona is board certified.

 

As family practitioner Dr. Wynette Amazona is a doctor who specializes in caring for people of all ages, at all stages of life. Rather than focusing on the treatment of one disease or patient population, family practitioners are often the doctors that people see for their everyday ailments, like cold and flu or respiratory infections, and health screenings. When necessary, family practitioners will provide referrals for conditions that require the expertise of another specialist. Dr. Wynette Amazona may also provide physicals, inoculations, prenatal care, treat chronic diseases, like diabetes and asthma, and provide advice on disease prevention.
