Instructions to assist with drive-thru operations:

Minors must have accompanying parent or legal guardian present.

Please complete COVID registration forms prior to entering testing line. (One form per person)

Bring photo ID and insurance card readily available.

Photo Identification is mandatory for all adults

Please remain in the vehicle at all times with windows up until advised otherwise. Any moped or motorcyclists must have a face-covering or mask.

Testing typically results within 72 hours. Instructions to access Clinical Laboratories patient portal(s) for records are provided at testing.

Test processing is conducted by Clinical Laboratories of Hawai’i and may be subject to a copayment. Should anyone have questions pertaining to billing for Clinical Laboratories, they should contact them directly.

In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, Ali‘i Health Center is committed to keeping our patients and staff safe while continuing to meet the needs of the community.
